God used the prophets to communicate his message. I need to pay close attention to what they wrote down because it is a light in a dark place. They wrote down God's messages for me, and I need to pay attention to what they wrote because God is using their words to speak to me through His Word.
By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.

I need to rely on God's divine power to live a Godly life. I didn't live the most Godly life this week but God will help me live to be a better example of a Godly life. I have to rely on God to help me live a Godly life and He has given me everything I need to live a Godly life.
I need to know God better by reading His word and praying to him to help me live a Godly life.
